Young Elmira dancers shine at competition
Chelsea Goffe, 16, a senior dancer at the Elmira Encore Dance Company, took third overall for her solos with first, second and third overall for her duet performances, as well as receiving an award for mentorship and leadership at the Dance Attack Championship in London earlier this month.
