Peacefully passed away on Sunday, October 20, 2024 at Columbia Forest LTC at the age of 88 years. Beloved husband of the late Wanda (2021). Dear father of Michael and Christine Courtemanche, Michele and Scott McLean, Scott and Lori Courtemanche, Rod and Deb Courtemanche. David “Papa” will be greatly missed by all of his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Brother of Mark. Predeceased by his parents Melville and Edith Courtemanche and sister Joan. Cremation has taken place. There will be no funeral home visitation or funeral service. A family celebration of life will be held at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, donations to St. Mary’s Hospital Cardiac Care or Grand River Regional Cancer Centre would be appreciated and may be made through the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira.
