$4 million pledged to expand internet service in and around Wellesley
The Wellesley library was the scene Tuesday afternoon of a $4-million funding announcement for high-speed internet services in the area. Among those taking part were Ken Naylor, general manager of Mornington Communications; Kitchener-Conestoga MP Tim Louis, federal Minister of Rural Economic Development Gudie Hutchings; Wellesley Mayor Joe Nowak and Amarjot Sandhu, parliamentary assistant to Ontario’s minister of infrastructure. [Steve Kannon]
