Maryhill students recognized for poster, poem and essay content

Elmira Legion Branch 469 each year approaches St. Boniface School to ask them to take part in their poster, poems and essay contest.  Well over 60 students from grades 1 -8  participated this year.  These students had done coloured,  black and white posters,  poems and essays.

In the Primary Colour Poster contest were Robyn Harris, Alia Van Alphen and Michael Milloy  who received gold,  silver and bronze medals respectively.  While Nikola Milardovic and Michael Milloy  received gold and  silver for their black and white posters.

For the Junior Level in the colour poster division were gold for Hailee Kuntz, silver for Johathan Szyszka, and Ainsley Muir received bronze.   Iva Milardovic  received gold, silver for Ethan Gronek, and Bianca Misheal received bronze for their black and white posters.

Grace Baillargeon and  Clare Doerr received gold and silver respectively for their Intermediate colour posters.  For their black and white posters were Pablo Swift for gold, Avery Sauve received silver and bronze to Athena Kanellis.

In the poem contest Jocelyn O’Keefe received gold, Grace Baillargeon was silver and Amber Moran was bronze.  In the Essay contest Grace Baillargeon received gold.
