Registration began at 12:30 p.m. and at 1 p.m. sharp girls and boys from 9-12 years of age participated.  Each contestant had 3 practice shots followed by 15 consecutive shots.  The boys were on one side of the gym while the girls were on the other.

The 9-11-year-olds shot from 12 feet while the 12-14-year-old boys and girls were at the 15-foot line.  They could not go over their respective lines or the winning basket would not count.

First place winners for the girls were: Hailee Kuntz for the 9-year-olds, Kelsey Treutlein for the 10-year-olds and Clare Doerr for the 12-year-olds.  For the boys was Sam Silva for 9-year-olds, Aiden Maturana for 10-year-olds, Evan Sauve for the 13-year-olds and John Patrick Milloy for the 12-year-olds.

Each participant received a medallion and a participation certificate.  The winners received a certificate, plaque and a basketball which was present by Grand Knight Tim Vegh.

There was excellent basketball plays and it was wonderful watching spectators and players alike cheering whenever someone scored.
