Twin Oaks Nursing Home getting ready for the holidays

Twin Oaks Nursing Home Auxiliary held its 37th annual Christmas Tree and Bazaar on Saturday, November 5th from 1- 4 p.m.

In addition to the tea room, visitors were invited to check out the craft table, bake table, apple draw and the 35 items on the penny table.  ALL PROCEEDS BENEFIT THE RESIDENTS for activities, gifts, entertainment, etc.

In the tea room you were treated to sandwiches, squares and refreshments.

Tickets were sold and prizes included a beautiful queen size quilt which was won by Judy Kittel, the money tree was won by Eleanor Appleby, oil and filter voucher was won by Diane Strickler, Watkins gift basket was won by Aneta Brown, sandwich grill was won by Margaret Terpstra, Belgium Nursery gift basket was won by Leona Jones, ceramic bank was won by Arlene Beitz, and the dancing snowman was won by Sherry Snider.
