Santa comes to town

Santa comes to town

Santa waves to the crowds lining Arthur Street last Saturday morning, while marching bands play classic carols, the Elmira Sugar Kings thank their fans and hand out candy and a human mailbox collects children’s letters to send to the North Pole. The parade is organized by the Kiwanis Club in Elmira and according to organizers, grows larger and longer every year. [Liz Bevan / The Observer]
