Local Scouts take to the airways

Local Scouts spent their Saturday afternoon with headphones on and a microphone in front of their face for a reason other than playing the latest Call of Duty video game. Elmira Scouts and the Elmira Amateur Radio Club teamed up to participate in Jamboree on the Air (JOTA), an international event wh
