Three-alarm blaze in Wellesley

A fire destroyed a home at 1572 Greenwood Hill Rd. Thursday evening. Firefighters from all three Wellesley Township fire halls – Wellesley, Linwood and St. Clements – were called in to battle the blaze. A witness reported the fire after seeing smoke and flames coming from the rear of the house, located on a 74-acre farm parcel just north of Wellesley village. Few details were available at press time.
