Kids and parents should do jail time for misdeeds

If you want to know what’s wrong with kids today, you don’t got to look farther than what’s going on over in France, where they always know how to make a mess of things.

Seems the government wants to crack down on the little SOBs who are gettin’ up to all kinds of no good – mostly troublemakers who don’t belong there in the first place – but the bleeding hearts are cryin’ up a river of it. The authorities want the courts to hold anyone over the age of 12 – when they should know right from wrong – instead of 13 to detention.

That’s the same kind of thing Stephen Harper talked about here, and saw lefties get their pink panties in a knot. Of course, you’ve got to remember that over in France, they probably aren’t talkin’ about jail – detention might mean settin’ a curfew at home to keep the miscreants from running out on the streets. Apparently that’s too much for some of the civil servants, who’re talkin’ about striking in protest.

Anyways, I think it’s high time governments everywhere started layin’ down the law to young hooligans, who think they can get away with anything. And parents ought to be putting more controls on their kids in the first place, and teaching them how to be proper human beings. Hell, maybe we ought to start throwin’ the parents in jail if their kids turn out to be out-of-control little crooks.
